The new exhibition “Photography – my love” – a kind of report on the creative path traveled, including the works of different years, and at the same time the application for the future, because it is only emerging ideas and forms. More than 150 works of which the author is fundamentally does not want to squeeze into the narrow framework of the genre, but spends some thematic side: portraits, landscapes, still life, staged a series of “Master and Margarita”, “Fantasy”, the first volume will be presented reportage sketches. For photos of each story – caught accidentally or delivered – is a unique moment of life, which is becoming etched, able to defeat the indomitable passage of time, to conquer death as the end of existence. Moments of life, destiny, history and the world around us, one after another lined up for him in an endless way of knowing the world, its beauty and harmony. His companions – people, objects, animals, nature, his theater … In his works Ilia Slavutskii leads a lively dialogue with the audience, walking on a very thin line between fantasy and reality, without passing it in any of his ideas, and in this risky tread special courage and author, and for someone who is looking at his work.
